Late payment will incur an interest charge based on the interest rate set by the bank. All fees related to the late payment are the responsibility of the customer.
All information received by d-lights Translation Services from the customer relating to the translation for
the purpose of translation will be treated as a confidential information. d-lights Translation Services shall
exercise utmost care in protecting the confidential information and shall not disclose the information to any
third party. However, this excludes the d-lights Translation Services staffs and any persons hired for the
